How to know if a building has to through a mandatory technical inspection?
They must through a mandatory technical inspection:
- Vertical property: to the owners / owners.
- Horizontal property: in the community of owners / owners.
In a maximum of 10 years the certificate of aptitude must be renewed.
All buildings must undergo a new technical inspection and submit the report to the Administration before the expiration of the certificate of aptitude.
